What is VSS?

Vendor Self-Service (VSS) is the STAARS web portal that helps vendors conduct business with state agencies. Using VSS, you can:

       Register an account with 1099 information, addresses, and contacts

       Set up EFT payments

       Register for notification of solicitations

       Submit Vendor Invoices for open purchase orders

       View your STAARS purchase orders and payments

       View Public Bid Readings, Notices of Intent to Award, and Notices of Awards

You can also view solicitations and award notices without a VSS account, using the Public Access button at the left of the VSS home page.
