Vendor Self-Service (VSS) is the STAARS web portal that helps vendors conduct business with state agencies. Using VSS, you can:
• Register an account with 1099 information, addresses, and contacts
• Set up EFT payments
• Register for notification of solicitations
• Submit Vendor Invoices for open purchase orders
• View your STAARS purchase orders and payments
• View Public Bid Readings, Notices of Intent to Award, and Notices of Awards
You can also view solicitations and award notices without a VSS account, using the Public Access button at the left of the VSS home page.
