What do I need to do to be a registered and subscribed vendor with the State?

To be a registered vendor, you must provide the following:

•       W-9 Certification

•       Ordering and Payment Address information

You must also have an active VSS account. If you are new to VSS, start by searching for your account.

To be a subscribed vendor, you must be registered and pay a $200 subscription fee. The subscription fee is only required in order to bid on new business opportunities. This $200 biennial fee (due every 2 years) allows your company to respond to solicitations and participate in business opportunities.
