STAARS Vendor Self Service (VSS) enables vendors to view financial transactions online, along with both current and historical solicitations. Suppliers may view past business opportunities and awards from the State without a VSS account, using the Public Access button on the left.
Suppliers interested in responding to State of Alabama's solicitations must register in Alabama Buys.
All other Suppliers, Vendors, or Individuals who are not interested in solicitations and contracts must register in STAARS if they will be receiving payment for grants, discretionary funds, reimbursements, or payment not associated with a contract.
